What Will You Do?
- Create creative visual materials to promote a product and have a high creative sense of design
- Able to conceptualize and implement creative design ideas according to company needs
- Help create and strengthen brand identity through corporate social media content
- Make a design to support the needs of other divisions such as the sales marketing team, social media team etc.
- Make designs for website, social media, and offline design needs
- Use and develop an existing Key Visual
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
- Able to handle and providee all graphic design for Team RRQ
What Will You Do?
- Make a report and evaluation of the results of the follow-up
- Make a price quotation for customer
- Perform maintenance and existing client strategies
- Establish a good relationship with customers or clients
Requirements:
- Maximum 29 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Independent, have good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skill
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
What Will You Do?
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Develop new client, client exciting service and maintenance
- Making Business Strategy and media plan digital campaign for prospecting client and retainer
- Communicating new product development to prospective clients
- Manage endorsement inquiry and deliver solution based on their requirements
- Create and execute sales plan or strategy to achieve sales target
- Working closely with the client and production team to ensure the program runs effectively
- Make an insight report for the client
- Make periodic reports for internal and external/client
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 Years
- Minimum S1 any major, GPA 3,00
- Fluent in English
- Minimum experience in Talent Management for 5 years
- Strong Presentation skills and written correspondence
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good business sense
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
What Will You Do?
- Identify and acquire new clients (MUST), develop target client list and client database
- Build strong relationship with clients and give recommendations appropriate to their products
- Achieve the sales target as set by the management.
- Manage the sales process: developing proposals, making presentations, reviewing feedbacks, understanding client needs and deliver excellent services.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Advertising
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Advertising as an Account Officer
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Have an excellent negotiation skill
- Have an excellent communication to pursue people
- Have a good relationship with advertising agencies and possess a wide network
- Excellent inter-personal skills, pleasant personality and able to take initiative
- Have knowledge in mobile game or gaming industry
- Knowing esports
What Will You Do?
- Scout and evaluate talent
- Sign and pitch prospective talents
- Create marketing strategic, find and land deals for talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Communication or Public Relations
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in related field
- Strong negotiation, scheduling, and communication skills
- Talent acquisitions strategies, entertainment marketing techniques and contract negotiation practices
- Should be capable at persuading, negotiating, and managing schedules
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies for talents
- Fluent English and good attitude
- Help shaping their talent's careers and guide talent toward new opportunities
What Will You Do?
- Create a new concept of event in relation to enhance the marketing program
- Monitor, execute, and improve the existing event programs
- Manage and supervise all of event team workload, workflow, and output
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Maximum 29 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent. GPA 3.00
- Have a good sense of branding, sponsorship, and marketing event
- Proficient in digital broadcasting hardware and software (such as OBS, vMix, etc)
- Able to work and co-creation with another division that related to event
- Ability to self-manage and to adjust to competing priorities and allocate time as necessary to get the job done
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills; both written and oral
- Experience in using OBS or any other broadcasting software
- Experience in using broadcasting hardware (camera, clip-on, audio mixer, etc)
- Knowledge in mobile game or gaming industry
- Knowing esports
